In SAVOURING EUROPE we often travel to lesser known regions of the continent. With exquisite photography and local music, each episode shows how landscape, weather and traditions create a culture and cuisine related to the local way of life. Travel, food, culture, history and ecology are rolled into an entertaining and beautifully crafted half hour format making it a wonderful voyage for curious arm chair travellers and a feast for food lovers.
