The Earth is in danger of attack by space renegade, Tongs and his followers. The only one who can direct a successful counterattack is lvy, the world's most amazing and intelligent girl. However, she is shot with bacteria beings who attack her body from within.
The battle for the Earth must now be fought in outerspace and innerspace. Dr.Shalack has developed a process to shrink things, and a microscopic crew consisting of Captain Chi, Nancy and robots Baipam and Diatron 5, is injected into lvy to battle the invaders.
Once inside they enlist the help of benevolent beings and in a series of battles defeat the evil intruders to save lvy. When they are brought back to normal size, they finish the job by destroying Tongs and his followers. The earth is safe.
