This film depicts a series of stories take place at Xin Jiang Aerjin Mountain and aims at promoting geographic image as well as tourism scenes. This film not only advocates harmonious society, spirit of anti-feudal and anti-superstition as well as traditional Chinese virtue of filial respect, but also embodies sincere friendship and mutual help among people.
There is a small town near cloud-floating Aerjin Mountain, holly snow mountain Muztag Feng, and is surrounded by extensive, peaceful and blue Cetacean Lake as well as green-black forests. Xiaokeli and Zhuoya are grown up here and they are very naive and lovely children.
They are educated to form a sense of righteousness by the new Chinese government and the Communist Party. Once upon a time, Xiaolike and Zhuoya are wandering around town, and they happen to find out a trick played by Zhuoya's mom Amila. She sells cheap spring water at the price of cherished holly water to cheat money from others. The two youngsters expose her fraud immediately and this makes her feel extremely angry. In order to revenge, she hurts Xiaolike with toxic bees when she returns home.
In order to save her own son, Xiaolike's mom is hurt by toxic bees and turns into a coma. The Magic Lotus is the only hope for her to recover. Thus, Xiaolike and his friends try their best to search for the lotus. With their braveness and help from a wolf (which was once rescued by them), they finally concur all difficulties and obtain the Magic Lotus successfully.
Ever since then, the hero story of Xiaolike and Zhuoya, how did they overcome all the difficulties with their braveness and persistence to fight against the evilness, has been wildly spread.
