This charming series is all about the adventures of a young girl, Nora, her Friends in the park and the magical underground kingdom that exists beneath the Magic Tree.

Nora, often ignored at home finds happiness and friendship in the park opposite her house. Early on she discovers that the old tree is magical and conceals the home of the exotic creatures that live within and down beneath it.

In this underground world, the dominant party is a tribe of ant-like creatures ruled over by Queen Cleo, her short tempered son, Prince Annoy and the Queen’s trusted’ right hand ant’-Sergeant Troy. There are many other inhabitant though, mice, spiders, beetles, ladybirds, caterpillars, etc. all adding to the enchantment.

This is a clandestine world and Nora has to promise to tell no one. Above ground only the animals that live in the Magic Tree Know its Secret. That’s Quick the Squirrels, the Wise Owl and Frank the Rabbit.

The park is looked after by park keeper Alfred and his dog Alec. They two seem unaware of the magical land they have within their guardianship.

The only other character that knows the secret is the main park gate.

This is a show for a pre-school plus audience with equal measures of adventure, good humor and all-round family entertainment.
