5. Your contact information will be open to international members after your publish of information in International Site. The contact information of five international members is available to you everyday;

6. Your contact information will be open to Chinese members after your publish of information in China Site. The contact information of five Chinese members is available to you everyday;

7. Chinese general members who listed in China Hot (presented in the channels of first page) can be contacted by agent. You can leave message by the message board provided in the Management Center for you, or you can request us to send your information to them;

8. China Promotion is also freely accessible for you to enter China market. We will set up company homepage for you in China Site. Your information will be presented at Overseas Channel in China Site for Chinese members to view. We will launch China Promotion to China market for overseas members.（in accordance with terms of “China Promotion”）;

9. You can enjoy the service in “China Promotion” by application for promotion homepage.（in accordance with terms of “China Promotion”）.

10. If you want to have more freedom in enquiries and enjoy free translation service, please apply for VIP Company Membership.（in accordance with terms of “Rights and Obligations for VIP Company Members”）.

Rights and Obligations for VIP Company Members：

1. VIP company membership needs you to pay 1,200 USD (Twelve Hundred US dollars) to KoWe annually;

2. Free and delicate VIP company homepage in both International Site and China Site to show your excellence;

3. Free translation service for company introduction（within 1,000 words）, 20 pieces of business information（within 1,000 words/every piece）presented in your homepage in China Site, and message translation in your message board (within 100 pieces and 50,000 words annually)（in accordance with terms of Translation Service）;

4. Free publish of supply& demand information, talents information, and company news in International Site of KoWe;

5. Free publish of supply& demand information, recruitment& talents information, and company news in China Site of KoWe;

6. Open contact information to members all over the world and let them communicate with you directly;

7. The contact information of 20 international members and 20 Chinese members is available to you everyday;

8. Free communication with members all over the world by message board;

9. Automatic “China Promotion” service（in accordance with terms of “China Promotion”）;

10. Recommendation from “Company Library” in both International Site and China Site;

11. Free show in “KoWe Business E-zine”(English and Chinese version)，which will be distributed to contrapuntal customers in our global resource;

12. In the search engine for enquiries to companies, supply& demand information, and company news, your information can enjoy the prestige position prior to general members;

13. A confirmation mail will be sent to your valid email address within 24 hours after your application for VIP Company Membership. Please check your email and submit the payment needed for your upgrade, our customer service staff will make a phone-call to you in English according to your telephone number provided in your registration. VIP Company Membership will be given to you after your payment arrived.

Rights and Obligations for General Individual Members：

1. Free registration and General Individual Membership in International Site and China Site of KoWe;

2. Free individual homepage in International Site and China Site to show your excellence;

3. Free publish of supply& demand information, diary, and album to International Site of KoWe;

4. Free publish of supply& demand information, job-application, diary, and album to China Site of KoWe;

5. After your successful registration, the contact information of five international members and five Chinese members is available to you.

6. Chinese general members who listed in China Hot can be contacted by agent. You can leave message by the message board provided in the Management Center for you, or you can request us to send your information to them;

7. Your contact information is not open to any members，but you can communicate with other members by message board in your Management Center. All replies from your customers will be sent to you by message board and our customer service. 15% of the total income from the business between you and your customer should be paid to Kowe as service fee.

8. If you want to open your contact information and have more freedom in enquiries as well as enjoy free translation service, please apply for VIP Individual Membership.（in accordance with terms of “Rights and Obligations for VIP Individual Members”）.

Rights and Obligations for VIP Individual Members：

1. VIP Individual Membership needs you to pay 60 USD (sixty US dollars) to KoWe annually;

2. Free and delicate VIP individual homepage in both International Site and China Site to show your excellence; Free translation service for personal profile（within 1,000 words）presented in your homepage in China Site. （in accordance with terms of Translation Service—Translation Service for VIP Individual Members）

3. Free publish of supply& demand information, diary, and album to International Site;

4. Free publish of supply& demand information, job application, diary, and album to China Site;

5. Open contact information to members all over the world and let them communicate with you directly;

6. The contact information of 10 international members and 10 Chinese members is available to you everyday;

7. Recommendation from “Talents Faces” in both International Site and China Site;

8. Free show in “KoWe Business E-zine”(English and Chinese version)，which will be distributed to film production companies, crews and agencies in our global resource;

9. In the search engine for enquiries, your information can enjoy the prestige position prior to general members;

10. We do not charge for any business could be done in the future between you and your customers.

11. VIP Individual Membership will be given to you after your application and payment for VIP Individual Membership according to the payment tips presented during the process.
