KoWe International Film& TV Business Network Service Terms

1. Confirmation& Acceptance of Service Terms

1.1. The ownership and operation right of “All the electronic services on “KW-KoWe International Film & TV Business Network” (abbreviated as KoWe Film& TV Business Network) belongs to Beijing KoWe Advertising Co., Ltd. and Beijing KoWe Film& TV Culture and Art Co., Ltd.

1.2. The user must accept the service terms of “KoWe Film& TV Business Network” and complete the registration process before becoming a formal user of “KoWe Film& TV Business Network” to execute the publication right. After the registration by clicking on “Agree” button, the user has reached the agreement with KoWe Film& TV Business Network and accepted all the service terms. In case of any dispute, the user should not make protests with the reason that he did not read this service agreement carefully.

1.3. The user’s online registration terms have the same legal restrictive effect as the textual clauses generated from the signature and seal.

2. Provision of Online Service and Modification of Service Terms

2.5 When the user accepts the various services provided by KoWe Film& TV Business Network, it is assumed that the user has accepted “KoWe Film& TV Business Network” to provide the various services which will involved the user image and product advertisement, film& TV business info.

2.6 The user should accept the promotions or other relevant business information services via email, or other methods.

3. The User Member Code, Password and Security

4. User Management and Info Publish

4.1 When the user’s information is found to be untrue or illegal, Beijing KoWe Advertising Co., Ltd. and Beijing KoWe Film& TV Culture and Art Co.,Ltd. preserve the right to terminate the service provided by KoWe.

4.2 Our website may launch joint promotion activity with a third party, during which, all or part of the information that we collect may be shared with the third party. If it is against your will for the information sharing, you can quit the promotion activity.

4.3　User’s employment of the service should obey the relevant laws, regulations and treaties; the user should abide the following issues:

（1）. The user should abide by the relevant Chinese and international laws and regulations; the network service system should not be employed for any illegal purpose.

（2）. All the agreements, regulations and programs relevant to the network service should be observed.

（9）. KoWe Film& TV Business Network’s service should not be interfered or disturbed in any form;

（1）. Objective to the basic principles of the Constitution of People’s Republic of China;

（2）. Undermining the security of his own country or other countries, leaking the secret of the country, toppling the political regime and sabotaging the unity of the state;

（3）. Undermining the honor and interest of his own country and other countries;

（4）. Instigating ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining ethnic unity;

（5）. Undermining religious policy of the nation, advocating evil cult and superstitious belief;

（6）. Disseminating slanders, disturbing social orders, undermining social stability;

（7）. Disseminating lascivious, pornographic information, gambling, violence, murder, horror, or abetting crime;

（8）. Insulting, or slandering other people, and trespassing others’ legal interests;

（9）. Containing other contents that are prohibited by the domestic laws and international laws and administrative regulations;

（10）. When publishing information on KoWe Film& TV Business Network and employing KoWe Film& TV Business Network service, the user should abide by the laws of relevant countries and region, and international laws and regulations;

（11）. When publishing Film& TV copyright trade information on KoWe Film& TV Business Network, the user should abide by the international, Chinese and local laws and regulations on Film& TV industry.

10.2　“KoWe International Film& TV Business Network”, “KoWe Film& TV Business Network”, “KoWe Film& TV”, www.kw2007.com, and their logos, or the “KoWe” mentioned in the network are all registered trademarks of Beijing KoWe Advertising Co., Ltd. and Beijing KoWe Film& TV Culture and Art Co., Ltd.

10.3　“KoWe Film& TV Business Network－www.kw2007.com” is obliged to protect the materials provided by the registered members and the material providers of our network. Without written permission, any one is prohibited form making copies, or creating links on other servers. We do not guarantee the accuracy and integrity of the external links which are aimed to providing convenience to our users.

10.4　All the contents published on “KoWe Film& TV Business Network”, including the textual reports, pictures, sounds, videos, graphics, notions, logos, advertisements, trademarks, domain names, software, programs, layouts, column index and name, content classification standards are all protected by Copyright Law of People’s Republic of China, Trademark Law of People’s Republic of China, Patent Law of People’s Republic of China, and the relevant laws and regulations concerning copyright, trademark, patent in relevant international treaties.

12.1　The legal entities of “KoWe Film& TV Business Network” are Beijing KoWe Advertising Co., Ltd. and Beijing KoWe Film& TV Culture and Art Co., Ltd.; we shall strictly abide by the relevant laws of People’s Republic of China and international regulations in our business operation.

12.2　“KoWe Film& TV Business Network” has announced that they do not guarantee all their content is applicable for the users outside People’s Republic of China (Note: Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao are excluded due to their different laws and regulations). The browser outside People’s Republic of China should voluntarily be obliged to abide by the laws of People’s Republic of China.

12.3　When the dispute concerning the content or service between “KoWe Film& TV Business Network” and any person, organization, or institution occurs, the two parties should resort to negotiation first.

12.4　If the two parties can not reach agreement after negotiation, both of the two parties can apply for arbitration at arbitration institution which is located at Beijing, China. During the arbitration, KoWe Film& TV Business Network will not cease their legal operation activities.

13. Beijing KoWe Advertising Co., Ltd., Beijing KoWe Film& TV Culture and Art Co., Ltd. and KoWe International Film& TV Business Network www.kw2007.com preserve the final interpretation right of Network Service User Agreement.
